Yvonne Garner

Yvonne R Garner, 62, was a lifelong resident of Selah. She passed away peacefully in the arms of our Lord, and surrounded by her family, on Thursday, February 14, 2013. Yvonne was born in Ellensburg, WA on April 3, 1950 to Harold and Cleta Godfrey. She married Danny J Garner and had two daughters, Teena and Tracy. Everyone that knew her would tell you she was the most unselfish, devoted wife, mother and grandmother anyone could have had. She brought great joy into the lives of everyone she met and will be greatly missed. Yvonne was a beautiful wildlife artist and enjoyed spending every minute with her family whether it was going on “girl trips” or taking rides to the mountains. She was a devoted member of the Community of Christ Church. She is survived by her husband Danny, daughters Teena and Tracy, sons in law Robert Brightwell and Ed Moore, her four grandchildren Makayla and Brent Brightwell and Amaya and Andre Moore, her sister and brother in law Donna and Jim Garner, and several nieces and nephews.
