Vicki Starke-Lopez

Vicki Ann Starke-Lopez 62 of Sunnyside, WA passed away on April 28, 2024 after a long struggle with lung cancer. She was born in Fort Benton MT on October 27 1961 to A.V. and Martha Starke she is survived by 3 children Carla Starke, Veronica Lopez, Ramon Lopez jr. and significant other; 13 grandchildren Jasmine, Marcus and significant other, Anthony and significant other, Myah and significant other, Aliyah, Jesse, Malcolm, Aryannia, Marcel, Aveli, Faith, Hazel, Isiah, 2 great grandchildren Devanny, and Santana; 3 siblings Sue from Utah, Betty from Alaska, and Clay from Oregon and several nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by both parents and 4 siblings. She graduated in 1980, then took a course on floral designing, and then devoted her life to take care of her family being a great and loving mother doing anything she could for her children. She also did lots to help on the family farm from milking cows to fixing fences. She delivered newspapers for many years for both Yakima and Tri-Cities Herald and also had a mail route and only retiring when being diagnosed with lung cancer and starting the long painful fight with that. She will always be gratefully missed and loved.
