Vicki Hill

Vicki Lynn Dickman (Allgaier) Hill, 71, was born on January 15, 1954, in Portland, Oregon, to James and Bonnie Dickman, and passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on September 20, 2025. Vicki is survived by her daughter, Heidi (Ryan) Case; her son, Jeremy (Cheri) Allgaier; and her grandchildren, Robbie, Sophia, Emily, Atlas, and Ryker. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Randy. Vicki will be remembered for her beautiful smile, contagious laugh, and caring spirit. She found joy in crafting of all kinds, spending time in her garden, and even raising button quail and emus for a time.

 Though she faced pain every day, she rarely complained, meeting each day with strength and dignity. Her creativity, warmth, and love for her family and friends will remain in the hearts of all who knew her. 

A celebration of Vicki’s life will be held at a later date.
