Vicente Ruiz

It is with great sorrow the Ruiz and Bobadilla families announce that our father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother Vicente Ruiz-Guzman went to be with our Lord and Savior on March 19, 2023. Born in Aguililla, Michoacan, Mexico in 1929, to Benigno and Rita Ruiz. In 1940, Vicente moved to Guerrero, Mexico where he met the love of his life, Trinidad. He eventually immigrated to California in 1960 where they worked as farm laborers and eventually settled in Grandview, Washington. Vicente was well-loved and respected by many in the community and will be missed dearly.  His kindness and generosity were apparent to all that knew him.  He was known always to offer to feed and entertain, a legacy the Ruiz family will continue. Vicente leaves behind four children, Rosendo Ruiz of Grandview, Washington; Victoria Ruiz of Sunnyside, Washington; Jose Ruiz of California; Leticia Ruiz of Seattle, Washington; including 16 adoring grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. Nine sisters and two brothers. With countless friends, colleagues, and acquaintances.  He was preceded by one son Santiago and his loving wife, our mother, grandmother, Trinidad, and parents – Rita Morfin, Benigno, and his earthly angel, Angelita Benitez Ruiz (stepmom). ``````````` Es con gran tristeza que las familias Ruiz y Bobadilla anuncian que nuestro padre, abuelo, bisabuelo y hermano Vicente Ruiz-Guzman partieron para estar con nuestro Señor y Salvador el 19 de marzo de 2023. Nacio en Aguililla, Michoacán, México en 1929 , a Benigno y Rita Ruiz. En 1940, Vicente se mudó a Guerrero, México, donde conoció al amor de su vida, Trinidad, y finalmente emigraron a California en 1960, donde trabajaron en la agrículturas y finalmente se establecieron en Grandview, Washington. Vicente era muy querido y respetado por muchos en la comunidad y lo extrañaremos mucho. Su amabilidad y generosidad eran evidentes para todos los que lo conocían. Se sabía que el siempre ofreceria alimentar y entretener a que los le vistaban; y eso sera un legado que la familia Ruiz continuará. Vicente deja cuatro hijos, Rosendo Ruiz de Grandview, Washington; Victoria Ruíz de Sunnyside, Washington; José Ruiz de California; Leticia Ruiz de Seattle, Washington, incluidos 16 nietos adoradores y nueve bisnietos. Nueve hermanas y dos hermanos. Con innumerables amigos, colegas y conocidos. Fue precedido en muerte por un hijo Santiago y su amada esposa, nuestra madre, abuela, Trinidad y padres: Rita Morfin, Benigno y su ángel terrenal, Angelita Benitez Ruiz (madrastra).
