Tracy Biss

Tracy Allen Biss was born on a military base on Honolulu, Hawaii on October 23, 1979. His father was transferred to the base at Fort Lewis in Washington. When Tracy was six years old Paul and Diana, who were living in Tumwater, WA, picked him up to live with them. His father agreed to let them become his legal guardians. The family moved to Walla Walla, where Tracy attended elementary school. The family then moved to the Yakima-Selah area, finishing middle and high school there. In 2001 he finished high school with a certificate of completion. Tracy enjoyed baseball, and was a Mariners fan. He also liked going on boat rides, fishing, and camping. His favorite food was hamburgers. He loved going to his paper shredding job two days a week for about ten and a half years. He went to be with the Lord on April 8, 2018 early in the morning. He will be forever missed by his family, parents Paul and Diana Wilkin and siblings Sarah Delgado, Philip Wilkin, Mark Wilkin, Titus Wilkin, and Lydia Nesmith.
