Tina Billy

Tina Marie Billy, born January 17, 1977 to Kenneth Billy and the late Elaine Morrison Selam. She is survived by her children, Nelson Billy, Dennis Enick and Tayla Enick; her father, Kenneth billy; siblings, Romine Billy of Oklahoma, Patricia Selam of Las Vegas, NV, Lonnie Selam Jr. of Toppenish, George (Wesla) Selam of Wapato and Laveda (Brandon) Case of Pendleton, OR; special uncles, Ron Morrison, Fermore Craig Jr. and Robert Craig; and many nieces, nephews, aunts and other family. She was enrolled Yakama and was a food gatherer for Toppenish Longhouse. She enjoyed gathering traditional foods ,camping, going to pow-wows, going to casino, sewing/beading and visiting friends and family. She attended Chemawa Indian School in her teen years and made many friends. She had worked several jobs which included carpentry, receptionist and laborer. She is preceded in death by her mother, Elaine Morrison Selam; her grandparents, Nelson and Priscilla Craig, Ralph Morrison, and Dorothy Totus. Dressing services were held Wed. July 4, 2018 at 10:00am at the Toppenish Longhouse with overnight services. Burial was at the Blackwolf Cemetery.
