Thomas Warren Craig was born May 4, 1943 in Redmond, Oregon and entered the presence of his Savior Jesus Christ on July 6, 2018 in Toppenish, Washington at the age of 75. Tom was a beloved brother, uncle and friend and is survived by his brother, Billy Craig of Liberty Lake, Washington; sister Lee Ann Harris (Michael) of La Pine, Oregon; four nieces, four great nephews and many cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Anna Lee Craig, and nephews Michael Craig and David Craig. Tom attended school in Granger, returning to Redmond, Oregon his senior year of high school. He had fond childhood memories of hunting and fishing with his father and brother. Tom served honorably in the U.S. Army and after worked and lived in various places including Missouri, Alaska, Oregon, and Kansas, working for the highway department and as a professional chef. The last 19 years of his life he enjoyed living in Toppenish and working for the Yakama Nation. Tom was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, rock collecting, gold mining, and collecting antiques. Tom was a loyal friend and a caring man with quick-witted humor and a mischievous smile. He will be greatly missed. Arrangements are pending at the Valley Hills Funeral Home in Zillah for a graveside memorial service.
