Teresa Marie Cordova
(Terri)
Our beloved daughter, sister, niece, cousin and granddaughter went to be with our Lord on January 12, 2018.
She finally beat cancer and is in God’s beautiful world where there is no cancer, sickness or pain.
Terri was born on February 26, 1970 at St. Elizabeth Hospital to her parents Richard Cordova Sr. and Martha Garcia.
Terri loved reading, shopping and going out to dinner with her daddy, momma and brother, Rick.
Terri will always be daddy’s little girl and momma’s best friend. She loved to always joke with her brothers, Rick and Joe Guzman III.
Terri loved all her tias, especially her tia Chela Garcia, who would take her shopping and her tia, Mary Sanchez who babysat her. Her heart cared so much for everyone that knew her.
Terri graduated from Wapato High School in 1988.
Terri is preceded in death by her sister, Misty Cordova, grandparents, aunts uncles and cousins.
Terri is survived by her parents, Richard Cordova Sr. and Martha Garcia, her brothers, Richard Cordova Jr. and Joe Guzman III and numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins. To her brothers she will always be “Our Clyde”.
We would like to thank the staff on the 4th floor at Asteria Regional Hospital, especially her nurse, Jill Davis, who inspired Terri not to give up.
We would also like to thank the staff at Heartlinks Hospice Care, especially her nurse Mary for all their kindness and help.
A special thank you to her tia Chela Garcia for being there and helping our baby girl from day one.
