Susan Winter

Susan Aleatha Winter, 77, of Yakima died Monday at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Winter was born in Akron, Ohio, and lived in Selah for the past 11 years. She was a seamstress at a company that created scuba diving gear. Survivors include three sons, Charles Winter of Selah, Jack Winter of Woodinville and Bruce Winter of Spokane; a daughter, Linda Perkins of Port Ludlow; a brother, Frank Wearstler of Tulsa, Okla.; two sisters, Nancy Phillips of Bonney Lake and Donna Wearstler of Oklahoma City; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. At the family’s request, there will be no services. Arrangements are by Valley Hills Funeral Home and Crematory, Yakima.
