Salvador Pacheco

Our father, grandfather and brother Salvador Pacheco Passed away Friday January 12, 2018. He was born September 5th, 1959 in Mexicali, Mexico and migrated to Washington state in 1980. Shortly after Salvador moved to Southern California for work and in 1990 Pacheco made the permanent move to the Yakima valley. In 1994 he began as a farm worker for Hyatt Winery and quickly moved his way up to Foreman. Pacheco worked with Hyatt for 24 years. He leaves behind two sons; Salvador Pacheco Anaya and Raul Guadalupe Anaya. A 2 month old grandson; Salvador Pacheco Anaya, JR. Two children that he also raised as his own; Joanna Barra and Victor Barra. A brother; Armando Pacheco and two sisters; Sylvia Pacheco Vizcarra and Esthela Pacheco Larsen. Viewing services will be held at Valley Hills Funeral home in Zillah, WA January 26th, 2018 from 4pm-8pm. The funeral services will begin at 10am January 27th, 2018 at Fuente De Agua Viva in Wapato, WA, followed by a celebration of his life at the Zillah Civic center.
