Ronald Alex Jim Sr “Ti-an-pa” passed away in Spokane Washington Monday, November 7, 2021. He was born September 14, 1955 in Toppenish, Washington. He graduated from Granger High School in 1973 then went to U.W. for a few years. He then moved back to the Yakima Valley where he became a counselor at Fort Simcoe in White Swan for many years. He loved to play softball, and spend time with his loved ones. He is survived by his wife Patricia Sampson. Son Niles Jim (Denise Antelope), daughters Mary Shippentower & Serelia Jim, sisters Darlene Jim, and Elissa Flamming, two grandsons, Patrick Wesley-Jim, and Chance Wesley; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, sisters, and son Ronald Jim Jr. Dressing Services will be held at 2:00pm Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Valley Hills Funeral Home in Wapato, WA. Overnight Services will be held at 1910 Satus Indian Shaker Church November 9, 2021. Burial will be Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 10:00am at Toweetmy Cemetery on Satus Pass.
