Robert Bernath

Robert E. Bernath Sr., 74, of Moxee died Tuesday. Mr. Bernath was born in Yakima. He was a lifelong resident of the Yakima Valley. He worked as a foreman in the agricultural industry for most of his life. Survivors include two sons, Robert Bernath Jr. of Yakima and Ned Bernath of Ritzville; a daughter, Tammy Lou Scott of Selah; two brothers, Stanley Bernath of Union Gap and David Bernath of Tacoma; a sister, Ruth Svinth of Tieton; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. At Mr. Bernath’s request, there will be no services. Arrangements are by Valley Hills Funeral Home and Crematory, Yakima.
