Patricia Sliger

Patricia, (Pat) Marian Sliger, 80, of Terrace Heights, died Monday, December 16th. She was born on Aug 21,1933 and was raised in Moxee, she graduated from East Valley High School in 1951. Patricia married Frank M. Sliger on December 24, 1951 and they spent 62 wonderful years together. Pat and Frank lived in Clayton, CA for 20 years before returning to the Yakima Valley. She loved the sun and spent many summer days riding with her husband on his motor cycle around California and Arizona. Pat was an active member of the Terrace Heights LDS Church. She loved teaching seminary and developed lasting friendships with many of her students. She also served as Relief Society President. Patricia cherished the time she spent with her friends and she will be missed very much by all. She is survived by her loving husband Frank and three children, Linda, Joe and Tom Sliger, 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. A viewing will be held at Valley Hills Funeral Home on Friday, Dec 20 from 1:00 - 3:00pm. A funeral service will be held Monday, December 23rd at 11:00 am at the Terrace Heights LDS Church.
