Patricia Hensley

Patricia Ann Badgley Hensley Pat passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 9th after a short illness. She was 89 years old. She leaves behind two daughters; Suzann (Paul) and Cheri (Mike), four grandchildren; Matt Demianew, Cate Moss, Casey Kerr and Kelly Kerr as well as five great-grandchildren. She also leaves her special friend of many years, John Clark. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert (Bob) Hensley, her brother, Wendell Badgley and her parents. Everyone who knew Pat would say she lived life to the fullest. In addition to working in insurance offices, she was involved with Blue Birds and Girl Scouts while her daughters were young. When they grew up and left home, she and Bob traveled around the United States in an RV for a number of years. When Bob died unexpectedly, Pat moved to Yakima and started a new chapter in her life. She had many friends that she met when she first moved here over 30 years ago. She and John took a number of trips around the world. She was very active in the VFW Auxiliary 379 and was a member of Eagles FOE 289. Mom had Quite a Ride! Per her wishes there will be no services.
