Nicholas (Nick) Lee Hinchey, age 30, was pronounced dead at the Toppenish Hospital on July 17, 2016. He was born ono May 1st, 1986 in Yakima to Greg and Laurie(Maas) Hinchey. He was raised and lived all his life in Zillah. He graduated in 2004 from Zillah High School.
He was a loving and caring individual who was an outdoor enthusiast who loved hinting, fishing, racing motocross and was a brown belt in karate. Hunting was his number one passion. He lived and dreamed for it. He was an expert duck caller who would hunt from sun up to sun down. Another Hobby he loved was building and racing cars.
He's worked at Tire Factory and FruitSmart. Anyone who knew Nicholas at FruitSmart knew he was an extremely hard worker. He would not miss a day.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Gerald Maas; and his infant sister, Victoria.
Nicholas is survived by his parents, Greg and Laurie(Maas) Hinchey; brother, Brandon Hinchey; sister, Brittany Hinchey; nephew, Jayden; niece, Luella; all from Zillah, WA; grandparents, Wanda Maas of Grandview; Jim Geri Hinchey of ZIllah; numerous cousins, aunts and uncles and hunting dog Lucky.
We will love you and miss you tremendously, Nicholas, you will always be in our hearts.
There will be a viewing at Valley Hills Funeral Home in Zillah on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 from 4:00-7:00pm. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 10:00am at Valley Hills Funeral Home in Zillah. Burial will be in the Zillah Cemetery.
