Muriel George

Muriel was born on December 7, 1947 to Aurelia John & Henry “Hudson” Stouse Tahkeal . Muriel began her journey on June 6, 2018. Muriel leaves behind her husband Andy “Buzzy”George, they were married on December 29,1980. Muriel was at one time a avid pool player, her & Buzzy played in many tournaments. She also liked to watch sports, Seattle Seahawks & Seattle Mariners. Muriel also liked to craft, quilting was her favorite, but she also loved to make things and always wanted to learn new crafts. Muriel & Buzzy loved to listen to the Oldies music. They traveled all over the Pacific Northwest to see new things. She was preceded in death by her parents Aurelia & Henry. Also her siblings, William, Clarence, Virginia Tahkeal, Delores Tahkeal Whalawitsa, Roosevelt, Francis, Lawrence “Tony” & Caroline Tahkeal. The family would like to thank the Celilo Cancer Center & Klickitat Hospital in Goldendale for taking care of Muriel. Muriel was an Aunt to many nieces & nephews, step mother to Julene & her kids. She deeply missed her Uncle Hadley John of White Swan. Dressing service will be Monday June 11, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Valley Hills funeral home in Zillah, from there she will be taken to the White Swan Longhouse for over night services. On Tuesday June 12, 2018 Muriel will be brought to the Zillah Cemetery for burial. It was mentioned if you bring flowers, they should be in the plastic container, no glass.
