Martin Cothren

Martin Cothren, 56, of Anchorage, Alaska passed away June 4, 2016 in Alaska. Martin was born in Toppenish, Washington. He lived in Alaska the last 10 years and worked as a fisherman. He previously lived in Seattle. Martin is an enrolled member of the Yakama Nation. Martin is survived by his son, Cyrus Albert of Wapato; daughter, Kathryn Albert of Wapato; brother, Kevin Pearson of Utah; sisters, Priscilla Heward of Auburn, Virginia Charley of Wapato, and Amber James of Wapato; and numerous nieces and nephews. Dressing services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, June 10, 2016 at Valley Hills Funeral Home in Zillah. Burial will follow at the 1910 Shaker Cemetery in White Swan.
