Mark David McCoy Obituary Mark David McCoy, 71, passed away from natural causes on March 26, at his home in Naches, WA. He was born in Yakima, WA, on Oct.15, 1952, and grew up in Naches, WA, where his father was the manager of the local bank and his mother owned an antique business. After graduating in 1970, Mark attended Washington State University, Pullman, WA, for several years. He then spent the next four decades living and working at various jobs in Everett, WA. He enjoyed playing golf and was an avid music fan. Then, in 2015, he joined the Yakima Mosquito Control staff and began working summers in the Yakima Valley, returning to the valley permanently several years ago. The he passed, he was still employed by Yakima Mosquito Control and had a reputation as an excellent employee, who was well liked by their many customers.
