She was a lover of the arts, music and dance in particular. As a young lady, she would get dolled up and go out dancing every weekend. She even had special shoes used only for dance that she held onto until the end. Marjorie was one of the original Trekkies and loved to watch her sci-fi shows as well as game shows like the Wheel of Fortune. She treasured a good book and enjoyed watching the horses race on Saturdays. Marjorie had a significant and lasting impact on the lives of all around her, and she will be greatly missed. She was, and is, loved and cherished. We know she is waiting for us on that day when we will all be together again. The seasons turned the days grew long mine have gone Weep not for me shed not a tear my day is no longer drear The scent of flowers surround me now Every rose mine to hold Christ's arms now enfold With Him I am dancing now you see with my good Lord I shall be I am free A memorial service will be held graveside at West Hills Cemetery on Friday September 13 at 1pm.
