Marilyn Rae Fisher 81 of Mabton Washington passed away on December 16, 2014 with her family by her side. Marilyn was born January 16, 1933 in Sunnyside Washington to Fayette and Goldie (Hohenshelt) Lacey. As a young woman she attended Jefferson High School and Emmanuel School of Nursing in Portland Oregon and went on to work for Toppenish Central Memorial Hospital in Toppenish Washington until she retired in 1999. Marilyn loved being with her family and one of her favorite hobbies was quilting. Marilyn was a member of the Grace Brethren Church in Toppenish but attended the Mabton Grace Brethren Church regularly with her daughter and son in-law. Marilyn is survived by her Sons; Scott Fisher of Sunnyside Washington and Michael Fisher of Portland Oregon. Daughters; Kristi (Bob) Cramblit-Powers of Mabton Washington, Cathy Rosenow of Tri-Cities, Washington. Two Grandchildren and two Great Grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at the Mabton Grace Brethren Church, January 17, 2015 at 11:00 am. In Lieu of flowers please donate to the Union Gospel Mission or Gideons International. Valley Hills Funeral Home in Sunnyside is in care of arrangements.
