Mariano Eskamire Visaya Sr. AKA "Big Monte" passed away unexpectedly December 20, 2022. He was born in Yakima, WA on May 14, 1954 to Marion Sales Visaya and Elizabeth Eskamire. Mariano graduated from Wapato High School in 1972. He then went on to the Army and when he came back he attended and graduated from JM Perry Technical School in Yakima, Wa. Mariano drove bus for the Wapato School District for over 20 years. He was a DJ at the hideout. He loved music and played in his band Bakara. He enjoyed painting cars and motorcycles. He loved spending his time at Legends Casino and playing games with his family and friends. Mariano was very competitive but he had a big heart and always welcomed everyone to his home. He was devoted to his family and dear to all who were a part of his life. Mariano will be forever missed and remembered. Mariano is survived by his wife Pamela Visaya, brother Raymond (Tina) Visaya, His sister Sunday (Michael) Connery, his sister Rita (Robert) Wine, his daughter Angel (Eddy) Visaya Gamet, his son Monte Jr (Leah) Visaya, his son George (Ginger) Visaya, his son Chris Visaya, his son Mario Visaya, his daughter Samantha Visaya along with step-children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren To order memorial trees or send flowers to the family in memory of Mariano Visaya, please visit our flower store.
