Maria Simental

Maria Guadalupe Simental “Lupe”, age 64, of Sunnyside, WA; passed away peacefully on Friday, November 9, 2018, at Kadlec Hospital in Richland, WA. She was born in Durango, Mexico to Maria I Luevanos and Refuigo Simental on December 13, 1953.   She lived in California for most of her life and moved in 2014 to Sunnyside, WA. Lupe enjoyed listening to music, singing, dancing and knitting. Spring was her favorite season because she loved all the blooming flowers.   Lupe will forever be remembered by her mother Maria; daughter Esmeralda and son Tony; as well as her sisters Rosa, Ermila, Amelia, Carmela and brothers, Pablo and Basilio. She will also be missed by her grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and her extended family and dear friends.   She was preceded in death by her son Rodrigo, father Refuigo, brothers Emilio and Rosalio and her grandparents.
