Born on April 28th, 1934, in La Tigra, Michoacan, Maria Cruz Mendoza de Verduzco lived a life filled with love, a big family, and strength. She was the mother/grandmother/great-grandmother of many and the heart of her family. Her home was always open, her table always full, and her love unwavering. She was loved by her 16 children, 86 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory. Known for her kindness, humor, faith, and generosity, Maria touched countless lives. Her stories, humor, traditions, and steady presence will be remembered. A Viewing will be held on Wednesday, February 4th, at St. Aloysius Catholic Church at 12 pm, following a Rosary at 2 pm and concluding with a mass at 3 pm. Where family and friends will gather to honor her life.

Nacida el 28 de abril de 1934 en La Tigra, Michoacán, María Cruz Mendoza de Verduzco vivió una vida llena de amor, una gran familia y fortaleza. Fue madre, abuela y bisabuela de muchos, y el corazón de su familia. Su hogar siempre estuvo abierto, su mesa siempre llena y su amor fue incondicional. Fue amada por sus 16 hijos, 86 nietos y 9 bisnietos, así como por muchos sobrinos, familiares extendidos y queridos amigos que siempre guardarán su memoria. Conocida por su bondad, sentido del humor, fe y generosidad, María tocó innumerables vidas. Sus historias, su alegría, sus tradiciones y su presencia constante vivirán por siempre en quienes la conocieron. La velación se llevará a cabo el miércoles 4 de febrero en la Iglesia Católica San Aloysius a las 12:00 p. m., el Rosario a las 2:00 p. m. y concluyendo con la Santa Misa a las 3:00 p. m., donde familiares y amigos se reunirán para honrar su vida.
