Margaret Dunn

Margaret “Jean” Dunn, 86 of Yakima, Washington has passed from this life and into the arms of Jesus, April 19, 2018. Jean was born May 15, 1931 in Yakima, Washington. Jean was a member of the Summitview Church of Christ in Yakima, Washington. Jean is preceded in death by her husband Homer, her parents Fras and Johnnie Brown, her daughter Jo Ellen. Jean is survived by her two daughters Vicki Wherry and Cohen Fincher, her brother Robert, her grandchildren Paul Wherry, Tanya Paiva, Lisa McKenna, Nicole Tejral, Geri Schnarr, 24 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Viewing is scheduled for May 1, 2018 from 11:00 AM-5:00 PM at Valley Hills Funeral Home (2600 Business Ln., Yakima). Jean will be laid to rest on May 2, 2018 at Terrace Heights Memorial Park at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to BrightFocus Foundation toward research and cure for Dementia.
