Manuel Martinez

Manuel Martinez 81 yrs. old of Granger, Wa. passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family. Was born on FEB 26, 1934 in Edinburg, Texas to Catarino & Petra Martinez. Married to Marcy Holt in Lewiston, Idaho. In his early years he migrated with his family from Texas to Washington to work until finally settling in Granger in 1952 where he raised his children. Manuel was a long time member of "Our Lady Of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Very kind and loving person to all. He enjoyed working with his trucks also spending time with his family and friends. He sure will be missed, love and remember by many. He is survived by son Manuel Martinez JR. of Granger : daughter Yolanda Martinez of Wapato. Two stepsons: Brison and Bob Hoh of Idaho, one brother Victor and wife Monica Martinez of Granger, WA. One sister Rosa and husband Adan Garza of Othello, WA. 5 children, 3 step-grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces that loved him dearly and enjoyed his humor. He is preceded in death by son Ruperto Martinez, parents Catarino and Petra Martinez; brother Bernaldo Martinez and sister Margarita Martinez.
