Mabel Hoskins

Mabel Marion (Rich) Hoskins, age 84, of Yakima, passed away on April 22, 2019. She was born in Putnam, Connecticut on February 24, 1934 and moved to Yakima, WA in 1966. She is preceded in death by her son Robert Jr. in 1974 and her husband Myron Hoskins on November 15, 2009. Mabel spoke of her many wonderful friends of many years and the family that she never had (Myron’s family) who became family to her and were always there for her. She is survived by her daughters Linda C. Monroe of Worcester, MA and Cheryl Schut of Kent, WA; granddaughter Tammy of Worcester, MA. Viewing will be 2pm-5pm, Friday, April 26 at Valley Hills Funeral Home (2600 Business Ln., Yakima). Graveside Service will be 11am, Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Terrace Heights Memorial Park.
