Lupe Resendez

Lupe V Resendez went to see our Heavenly Father on February 13, 2023. Lupe was born in Weslaco, Texas on October 7, 1947. He is preceded in death by his father Lazaro Resendez and his mother Juanita Resendez. As well as his siblings, Dominga, Reynaldo (Ray), Sister Mary Paul from the order of the Campany of Mary in Tustin, CA., Esmeralda (Lai), and Aucencio (Chencho). Lupe Joined the Army in 1967 and fought in the Vietnam War. Lupe belonged to the Knights of Columbus and was the Charter Grand Knight of Council #14926 in Sunnyside, WA. Lupe married Carbina Martinez in July of 1972 and had 4 children; Julee, David, Adam, and Matthew. Lupe Married Lynn in August of 2002 and gained 2 more children, Kenneth, and Chantal. Carbina and Lynn survive Lupe with 6 children and 7 grandchildren; Logan, Ezra, Liliya, Leo, Kenneth Jr (Bubba), Michael and Jessica, and 2 great-grandchildren Emma Lou and Jackson. His siblings also survive Lupe; Ignacio (Nacho) of Sunnyside, WA, Amada (May) of Moses Lake, WA, Camelina (Mino) of Riverside, CA, Jesus (Jesse) of Spring, TX, Josefina (Jo) Sherwood, OR, Teodora (Lola) of Sunnyside, WA, Roberto (Bob) of Sunnyside, WA, and Ricardo (Rick) of Rome, GA.
