Lukes Lorenzo Herrera of Grandview, Washington, passed away peacefully on 08/21/26 at the age of 29. He was born on 08/02/1997 to Margarita Sandoval and Lorenzo Herrera in Prosser, Washington. 

He began his degree at Yakima Valley Community college 2 years ago with the goals of graduating with his bachelor's in Business and Administration. During this time, Lukes started his own company, “Brick Garden Development LLC.” 

Lukes was a hard wage earner with a strong work ethic, his passion for people and landscaping fueled the beginnings of his success in his self-owned company. He met Rebecka Chapman in 2022, and together they shared 5 wonderful years, bringing into this world two beautiful children; 2-year-old Ezekiel Herrera and 1-year-old Amahni Herrera. Lukes also brought life to 2-year-old Ashton Herrera and 8-year-old David Herrera. 

Lukes enjoyed smoking ribs, hanging out at his home, being with his family, and was known for always having an infectious smile, bringing laughter and being a caring soul who would give his everything without asking for anything in return. 

In his pastime, Lukes also enjoyed rage-baiting his siblings, and overstimulating his family. While he wasn't perfect, he had made so much progress towards being a wonderful man and an amazing father to his kids. He is survived by Mariah Herrera, Alexa Herrera, Adrian Herrera, and Isaiah Herrera.
