Louis Bernal Oliveros, Jr., was born on October 20, 1944, in San Bernardino, California, he received his angel wings on August 13, 2024.
Louis is survived by his two sisters, Christina Morales from Yakima, Washington and Martha Williams from Melissa, Texas. Two brothers Ernie Tinoco and Frank Romero, Jr. both from California. He has one niece Diana Johns from Plano, Texas and two nephews Rudy and Christopher Oliveros from Yakima, Washington.
