Loren Schooley

Loren Schooley, 73, passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2015, in Yakima. He was born on April 24, 1942 in Round Lake, Minnesota. In his younger days Loren enjoyed riding motorcycles and was an accomplished motocross racer, He was a heavy equipment operator and retired after 40 years with Boise Cascade Mill. Loren is survived by his 3 daughters, Kathy (Jim) Laws, Angela Fernandez, and Tanya Garcia, as well as his 3 sons, Steve (Tina) Schooley, Mark (Colette) Schooley, and John (Frances) Garcia. He is also survived by his 2 brothers, Chuck Schooley and Dennis Schooley, and a sister, Mary Wilson. Loren also has 12 surviving grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Schooley and 2 sisters, Carol Jump and Sharon Walker. At Loren’s request, no formal services are planned.
