Obituary

Lora Lizette Solis, 45, passed away on June 21, 2026. She was born on January 22, 1981.

Lora was lovingly raised by her grandparents, Kenneth and Maxine Brumbaugh, whose guidance, love, and support helped shape the person she became.

Together for 28 years, She married Ruben Solis on December 6th, 2003 and they raised three children.

Throughout her life, she embraced every opportunity to learn, create, and serve others. She spent many years sewing and had a remarkable talent for turning ideas into beautiful creations. Along the way, she developed passions for thrift shopping, photography, real estate, and even became a wedding officiant, helping couples celebrate some of life's most meaningful moments. She was incredibly creative and talented, with a gift for decorating and making every space feel warm and welcoming. Christmas held a special place in her heart, and she delighted in transforming the season into something magical for her family and friends. There seemed to be nothing she couldn't do when she set her mind to it. Her curiosity, determination, and willingness to take on new challenges inspired everyone who knew her.She will be remembered for her warm heart, welcoming spirit, and unwavering generosity. Her home was always open to family and friends, and she never hesitated to help anyone in need. Throughout her life, she played an important role in raising and caring for many of her nieces and nephews, loving them as her own and leaving a lasting impact on their lives.

She faced every challenge with remarkable strength and determination, especially during her courageous battle with cancer. She fought with grace, resilience, and an unshakable spirit until the very end. Cancer never defined who she was; instead, she was defined by her love for others, her perseverance, and her ability to find strength even in the most difficult moments. Her kindness, courage, and selflessness will forever be remembered by all who were blessed to know her.
