Lelan Winnier Simmons

Our forever young brother, Lelan Winnier-Simmons, went to be with the creator on September 10th, 2026, at the age of 21.

Lelan was a young man with a unique personality, a caring heart and a presence that could never be replaced. He brought laughter, friendship, and unforgettable moments into the lives of the people around him. Those who knew Lelan will remember his smile, his sense of humor, how thoughtful, loving & curious George. He loved his family, music (Juice Wrld), traveling & getting into mischief.

Lelan was born on June 24,2006, to Carmen Sampson and Daniel Simmons (Aka Dirty Dan). He was then adopted by Paula Winnier & James Ladd.

He is survived by his brothers: Daniel, Josh (Cam), Moeleco, Jaseidon, Kevin and Joe; sisters: Cerelia, Irene (Angel), Latesha, Tierra, Veronica (Michael), Leilani (Tanner), Joy, Morning star (Chase).

Lelan was preceded in death by his mother’s carmen and Paula, Father Daniel. Siblings: Morgan, Monica, Kyle, Michael, Keith, Kristy.

He Held many loved ones close to his heart including, Angel E. Carmen, Shyney, Moi, Attikus,Chase, Arkadius, Rudy Sr., Rudy Jr., Sequoia, Atawit, Carmen S., Baby Walker, Lucas, Mia, Mary L., Caroline L., Debbie W., Shelley M., Young Family, many more relatives and friends.
