Larise Sohappy age 39 passed on August 17, 2023 at her home in Wapato, WA Born December 21, 1983 to Chester Rodriquez and Julie Sohappy Larise, graduated from Wapato High School. Portland Community College and Haskell Indian Nations University. Certified Peer Wellness specialist, Peer Health Navigator, On-Call Advocate at Transition Projects, Inc. And quality Assurance at Sun Rype Weed Tech at Yakama Nation. Larise, enjoyed Clubs and organizations, Indian Club, Miss Teen Washington, Yakama Nation Youth Council, Mending Wings, Yakama Nation Big mans Tournament, Queen Candidate and Honorary Deans List. She loved to read, as a young girl she had a collection of Barbies, she loved to travel and advocate for MMIW and walk for recovery.
