Kevin is survived by his father, Albert and brothers, Carl, Denny, and Kenneth, and his sister, Sherry Chadwick. He is preceded is death by his mother, Pearl, and his brother, Ron.
The family wishes to thank SL Start for all of their care for Kevin for the last several years.
