Kelly R. Counts died Saturday, April 23rd, 2016. Kelly was born in Spokane, WA to Louise and Jack L. Tucker. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother and son. He is survived by his children; Jordan Tucker, DeAngelo Tucker and Cassandra Hernandez, also his grandchildren and 6 sisters, his brother, and numerous nieces and nephews.
