Julian Valdez

November 15, 1996 — December 9, 2018

Julian Valdez Reynoso, 22, of Wapato, WA went to heaven on Sunday, Dec. 9, 2018. He was born on November 15, 1996 to Ramon Reynoso Jr. and Yasmin Valdez. He was raised in Wapato, WA and attended Wapato schools and Inglemoore High School before returning to Wapato in 2016 and finishing his diploma. In 2017 Julian became a father to Kahea. His daughter lived in Federal Way but he would Facetime with her when he was able to and was amazed at her unique personality. Growing up Julian and his sister Alejandra were inseparable. He acted as her protector and would drop anything he was doing to go to the aid of his sister, and she would do the same. If you had a chance to meet him or spend even a short time with him you would agree that he was a loyal friend and no matter what the circumstances, Julian had a smile on his face that lit up a room. That smile came in handy with all the mischief he got himself into. Julian never turned down a chance to have a good time with his friends and family. He had a special friendship with his mother and they spent days together taking bike rides or just talking and being goofy. And with his passing he will take a little piece of her with him to heaven. Julian is survived by his parents Ramon Reynoso Jr. and Yasmin Valdez, his sister, Alejandra Gonzalez, his daughter, Kahea Valdez-Nolan, and grandparents Ramon Sr. and Evangelina Reynoso and Greg Heide and his bae John Pascua Rivera, his aunts, Alma Reynoso, Eva Delatorre (Jaime Sr.), Maria Reynoso (Nazario), his uncles, Efrain Reynoso Sr. (Dora). He is preceded in death by his sister, Marisela Valdez Reynoso, his grandmother Stephanie Valdez, great grandparents, Arnulfo, Aurora Valdez, and Salome Reynoso. Viewing and visitation will be Thursday, Dec. 13, 2018, 4 pm - 8 pm at Valley Hills Funeral Home in Wapato, WA with the rosary to start at 6 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, Dec. 14, 2018, 10 am at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church in Wapato with the burial to follow at the Reservation Community Memorial Park in Wapato, WA.
