Julia Rodriguez

Julia Rodriguez, 86, of Toppenish died Monday, February 9, 2015 in Richland. Mrs. Rodriguez was born in Buena Vista, Texas. She loved to play bingo, puzzles, coss-word puzzles, shopping, soap operas(novellas), knitting, sewing and loved to drink her cup of coffee in the morning. She loved to have herself pampered and most of all she would always send her guests home with a blessing for the day. Survivors include four sons, Agustine Rodriguez, Raymond Rodriguez, Mario Rodriguez and Ernesto Rodriguez; and five daughters, Socorro Vasquez, Maria Noriega, Evangelina Reyes, Marta Guzman and Sandra Rodriguez; 57 grandchildren; 113 great grandchildren; and 31 great great grandchildren. Recitation of the rosary will be at 6 p.m. Thursday, February 12, 2015 at Resurrection Catholic Church in Zillah. Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday, February 13, 2015 at the church, with burial to follow in Elmwood Cemetery in Toppenish.
