Judy Durey

Judith Joyce "Judy" Durey was called home by the Lord on October 17th, 2019. She was 67 years old. Judy was the most caring soul you could ever meet. Judy was born in Quincy, WA on August 23rd, 1952. She married the love of her life, Lonzo Durey, in 1969. They were blessed with three wonderful children Roger, Angie and Scott. After dedicating years to raising her young children, Judy set out on a rewarding career with Sundquist Fruit and Cold Storage. At Sundquist, she was able to share her day to day work life with many of her family members. This allowed Judy to watch over and care for those she loved literally every hour of every day which was an amazing blessing to all who held her dear. Judy was eventually blessed with an ever growing family. She openly welcomed her new "kids" be it new in-laws, new grandbabies or the great-grandbabies to come. Judy's life was a life of service, charity, and most of all LOVE!! She was a beautiful, smart, strong and giving Christian woman who touched the lives of countless people. Judy's legacy will live on in the hearts of her family. Her brothers Steve and Dale Wyatt and Jesse Harwell, her mother Addie Mae Durey, her sisters Betty Taylor and Kathy Grubenhoff, her children Roger Durey and Rhonda Stephens, Angie and Aaron Whitlow and Scott and Rosie Durey. Her grandbabies, Coreanna and Mike, Presley and Gabi, Brendan, Aaron Jr., Jaidyn, Derreck, Lonzo, Mallery, Dasey, and Jonathan. And her great grandbabies Carson, Reagan, Porter and Addie. Graveside service will be Thursday October 24th at 2:00pm at the Zillah Cemetery. Then we will have a celebration of life for Judy at Mt. Adams Country Club on Saturday October 26th at 2:00pm.
