Jose Alcazar-Ochoa, 25, of Cowiche died Monday, April 29, 2013 in Yakima. Mr. Alcazar-Ochoa was born in Tepames, Mexico, and lived in the Yakima Valley for the past three years. He worked as a field laborer and in the CPC warehouse.
Survivors include his wife, Wendy Carolina Sanchez; his mother, Angelina Ochoa Perez; his father, Jesus Alcazar Andrade; three brothers, Marco Antonio, Leobardo Alcazar Ochoa and Hector Manuel; and five sisters, Ema Alcazar Ochoa, Emilia Alcazar, Maria Guadalupe, Maria Magdalena and Ana Maria.
Visitation will be at 6 p.m. Sunday, with recitation of the rosary to follow at 7 p.m., all at St. Juan Diego Parish in Cowiche. Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday, also at the church. Burial will be in Mexico. Arrangements are by Valley Hills Funeral Home, Yakima.
