John Johnston

John Warren Johnston, 74, of Selah died Friday at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital. Mr. Johnston was born in Montebello, Calif. He lived in Selah for 28 years. He served in the Marine Corps and worked 35 years as a land surveyor. Survivors include a son, Lyle Johnston of Gig Harbor; two daughters, Cathi Beaulaurier of Yakima and Lana Sappington of Boring, Ore.; a sister, Barbara Gillespie of Selah; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are by Valley Hills Funeral Home and Crematory, Yakima.
