John Alder

John Warner Alder passed away at the age of 77 on the 26th of October 2019. He was born in Ellensburg, Washington on July 23, 1942 to John and Peggy Alder. Before anything else, his love was his wife; Shirley Alder. John enjoyed bowling with his friends, cracking jokes, hunting and fishing. In 1970 John purchased the Chevron in Terrace Heights and owned it for many years. There he met many people and they all seemed to love and enjoy him. John is lovingly survived by his beautiful wife Shirley Alder, a daughter; Lisa (Brian) Rolstad and grandson; Michael Rippy. Per John’s request there will be no funeral service arrangements to be made. Donations can be made in his honor to The Humane Society or any animal advocacy group of your choice.
