Jhonny Jr. Sanchez Mendoza died at 18 in Mattawa, Wa.
Jhonny was born on September 11, 2007 in Sunnyside, Wa to his parents Juan Mendoza and Mayra Sanchez. He grew up in Mattawa, Wa and recently graduated high school this June of 2026. Jhonny had a big heart for everyone; he loved music, to dance, hang out with friends and help others. He was survived by his mother Mayra Sanchez and stepfather Ignacio Soto, his father and stepmother Juan and Erica Mendoza, his 6 siblings, Alexis, Maraya, Jazmin, Ignacio, Jaiden, and Stephanie, his Brothers-in-law Juan and in his words “That lying fraud Mark” and his 2 nieces whom he truly loved dearly.
Thankfully, Jhonny was a part of a big family filled with many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends that were like family to help keep his memory alive.
You can ask all the people he was closest with and they will tell you how funny Jhonny was, since he was a baby his comedic side showed.
Jhonny was such an amazing young man who aspired to do great things with his life. Jhonny will be missed greatly and will forever be a big blessing in the lives of his family and friends. He will be gone but never forgotten.
