Jeffrey, A. Farmer, age 62, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at his home in Yakima. He was born June 23, 1962, in Yakima, to Coy and Mavis (Baker) Farmer. He was a 1980 graduate of Zillah high school. He married Helen Fleming on November 21, 1987. Together they had their son Travis A. Farmer on February 7, 1988 and daughter Carly A. Farmer March 14, 1991. Years later they divorced in 2003. He worked many years in construction and was a skilled carpenter. Jeff truly lived life to the fullest by skydiving, camping, parasailing, and being the ultimate best wheelie king around. He was also a passionate musician and was in a Bluegrass band with his father Coy and brother Joe. Later he also played in the Coyote Ridge Bluegrass Wranglers band with friend John Young, Jerry Comisky, and David Eichwald. He enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandkids and dinking around on his Volkswagens. Many memories were made and will forever be cherished. He had a wonderful sense of humor and could bring a smile to anyone’s face. He’s very loved, and will forever be missed. Jeff was preceded in death by his father Coy, mother Mavis; three newborn brothers, Rickey, Danny, Eddie and brother Joe. He is survived by his son, Travis (Lindsay) Farmer, daughter, Carly(Marcos) Ramos, and grandkids, Jax Farmer, Jayce Farmer, Mia Ramos and Jayce Ramos. Family, friends, and others whose lives Jeff touched are invited to the VALLEY HILLS FUNERAL HOME, 607 2nd Ave Zillah, WA at 12 p.m on Saturday, January 6th, 2024, graveside services to follow and then A celebration of life will be held shortly after at the Zillah Civic Center.
