Jason Michael Smith Sr 1977-2026

Jason Michael Smith Sr, 48, of White Swan, WA, was called home on February 24, 2026.

He was born in Washington in 1977, and around the age of 2 years old Jason was adopted by

Monica James. Jason attended the Yakama Nation Tribal School before pursuing work in the

food industry.

Jason is survived by his sons, Jason Smith Jr & Aaron Smith; his mother, Monica James;

siblings, Adeline, Victoria and Pete Sanchey, and Tso McJoe.

Burial will be held on March 2, 2026 at the Simpsons Cemetery in White Swan, WA. A meal and

give away will follow the burial at the White Swan Community Center.
