Israel Resendez Jr

Israel E. Resendez JR, age 19, passed away on Thursday May 1, 2025 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane, WA. He was born on December 20, 2005 to Israel Resendez SR and Vanessa Gonzales. He was a graduate at Sunnyside High School. He loved playing rock music on his guitar and singing with his mom and dad. He enjoyed watching WWE and his favorite football team the Packers. He was a gamer and bowler and occasional golfer. JR just loved gaming with his brothers and fishing with his Uncle and Dad. His favorite hobby was drawing. He was kind and positive, sometimes shy. He is followed in death by his grandparents Uvence Resendez SR and Mary Helen Resendez and his cousin Julia Resendez. He is survived by his parents Israel Resendez SR and Vanessa Gonzales and his sister Amanda Sauceda and brothers Carlos Resendez, Isaac Resendez, Isaiah Resendez, Ezekiel Resendez. He had many nephews and nieces and family. Family and friends whose lives he touched are invited to the viewing and service at Valley Hills Funeral Home in Sunnyside on Wednesday May 7 4pm-7pm and Thursday May 8 11am followed by burial at Zillah Cemetery.
