Irene Leth

Irene Leth passed away peacefully on April 4, 2016 surrounded by her family. Irene A. Kring was born on July 20, 1926 in Park Falls, Wisconsin to Hiram and Anne Kring. Irene moved to Yakima, WA in the 1940’s with her mother and brother. She married William Leth on August 11, 1950. They were married 59 years before our father passed away in 2009. She was also preceded in death by her parents, brother Ken Kring and sister-in-law Maxine Kring. She is survived by her 3 children: Robert (Renee) Leth, Ricki (Dean) Lenseigne of Moxee, and Randy Leth of Yakima; three grandchildren: Michelle (Lee) Barry of West Point, NY, Chris (Hope) Clark of Selah, and Terri McIntryre of Pendleton, Oregon; five great grandchildren: Nathaniel and Zachary Barry of West Point, NY, McKinzye and Kaig Thompson, and Andrew Simpson all of Pendleton, Oregon; 1 great grand-dog Logan of Selah; a niece Judy Goode and a nephew Bill Kring. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Yakima Humane Society in Mom’s name. At Irene’s request no services will be held. Our many thanks to Cottage in the Meadow for their care and compassion for our mother. The ashes of Dad and Mom will be spread together at a special place in the mountains they both enjoyed.
