Howard Jackson

Howard L. Jackson was born in Arkansas, but grew up in Yakima, WA. After working at Boise Cascade for 37 years, he thoroughly enjoyed life away from the workplace. He had numerous interests and they varied from experience in football, fishing, traveling, reading, art, music, and so many other subjects. He and his wife, Patsy were married 54 years and enjoyed each chapter of their lives together. Thank goodness for so many friends along the way – more like family than friends. We are so grateful for the memories. Howard is survived by his wife Patsy, sister Eva and her children, David, Cathy and Doug as well as their families , and also his sister-in-law Theresa and her son Sean. To paraphrase W.H.Alden He was my North, my South, my East and West, My working week and my Sunday rest, My noon, my midnight, my talk, my song; I thought that love would last forever: I was wrong.
