Harold Huff passed away at Toppenish Nursing and Rehab Center from complications due to infections. Harold was born in Mountain Grove, Missouri. He was born to Joe and Maude Huff. Harold’s brother, Al Huff, currently lives in Idaho. Harold was predeceased in death by his Father, Mother and adopted brother, Jack Zent.
When Harold was young, during his grade school years, the family moved to Toppenish Washington. After high school Harold married Lily Roth, and started his career at Del Monte Can Plant in 1957. During the next few years Harold and Lily had three children, Harold Jr. (Jay), Lori and Tawnee.
Harold was transferred to the Salem, Oregon Del Monte Can Plant in 1963 and moved the family to Marion Oregon.
Harold’s interests in life were motorcycle riding, traveling, camping, fishing and hunting.
Harold’s career changed once again in 1981 when the Del Monte Can Plant closed in Salem Oregon, and he helped move the can line to Uvalde Texas.
Harold married a second time to Janie Ibarra; they moved to Toppenish, Washington. Harold helped Janie raise four children, Robert, Joanne, Danny and Laura.
Harold is survived by his three children and their spouses, Harold Huff Jr. (Tina Huff), Lori Harlan (Paul Harlan), Tawnee Wheeler (Troy Wheeler) and Seven Grand Children and Eleven Great Grand Children.
His Funeral Rosary and Mass will be held at St Aloysius on Friday, June 13th, 2025, at 12:30p.m., and will conclude at the Zillah Cemetery with a Graveside Service. Any flowers for Harold’ s service can be sent to the Valley Hills Funeral Home in Zillah.
