Gene H. Frost passed away at the age of 64 on March 2, 2016, at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice Center in Wichita, KS.
Gene was born on October 29, 1951, in Yakima, Washington, to Bernie and Pauline Frost. He graduated from Zillah High School and later moved to Yakima, WA, and was employed by Costco for many years before moving to Wichita, KS, in 2003.
Gene is survived by sisters Arlene Frost (Phoenix, AZ), Paula Frost Grunenfelder, Kennewick, WA (husband Frank); niece Andrea Johnson Webb, Phoenix, AZ (husband Ed and children Ted and Elizabeth); nephew Jeffrey Johnson, Atlanta, GA (wife Dayna and children Braden and Bailey); step nieces Malissa Wolf, Centralia, WA, and Kelly Kanyid, Vancouver, WA (husband Bradon and daughter Mathilda of Vancouver).
Gene was preceded in death by his grandparents, his father Bernie Frost, and brothers Gary and Larry Frost.
Graveside Memorial Services and Burial of Ashes will be held September 9, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at the Zillah Cemetery. Gene’s great nephew Edward (Ted) Webb IV will officiate the services. All are welcome to attend. A non-hosted luncheon will follow the services at The Old Warehouse in Zillah.
Arrangements were made through Valley Hills Funeral Home in Zillah.
