Gary A. George “Xwas Xwas” “Tapunth” Was born November 12th 1964 to Leander and Delores Harrison George. Grandparents Pete and Sophie George. Allen Harrison and Elsie Pistolhead. He is Married to Dulcie George with one daughter Tiffany George and Grandon Phabian George. Gary attended Toppenish Schools and Graduated out of Chemawa Indian School. He was a laborer at various job sites such as King Mountain Tobacco, Land Enterprise, Yakama Nation and Wolf Den. He enjoyed the mountains, Hunting, fishing, cutting wood, and camping. His family was active in Pow Wows well known as the Treaty of 1855 Singers. Gary was a Fancy Dancer and Traditional Dancer. He was active in The Longhouse and attended Toppenish Creek but provided for other as well as a Hunter and Singer. He is survived by 1 Aunt Vivian Harrison, brothers Brian George, Orrin Miller Jr, sisters Anna, Arlene, Colleen, Deanna, Katherine and 1 deceased Esther George.
